Fastest 50 in IPL: Yashasvi Jaiswal leads the pack - list of top batters

The Indian Premier League (IPL) has always been a platform for batters to set the stage on fire with their explosive power-hitting abilities.

Over the years, the league has witnessed some of the fastest fifties in T20 cricket, with Yashasvi Jaiswal currently holding the record for the fastest fifty in IPL.

Needing 150 to win against Kolkata Knight Riders in 2023 at the Eden Gardens, the Rajasthan Royals were off to a blazing start, with Yashasvi Jaiswal setting the tone, scoring 26 runs off the first over bowled by Nitish Rana.

Yashasvi Jaiswal brought up his fifty in just 13 balls to record the fastest 50 in the IPL. The young opener remained unbeaten on 98 off 47 balls, hitting 12 fours and five sixes, guiding the Royals to victory in just 13.1 overs.
