India vs Pakistan Live: WICKET!

Ubaid Shah has dismissed Ramandeep Singh, and India A are in all sorts of trouble here. It was a slower ball from Shah to start with, and that helped him outfox the Indian batter. Ramandeep threw his bat at it as the ball went high in the air. Wicketkeeper Ghazi Ghori ran to his left and took the catch.

IND A 121/7 (16.1)

India vs Pakistan Live: Close call!

Ramandeep Singh nearly lost his wicket there. Harsh Dubey tapped the ball on the leg side and Ramandeep wanted a quick single which was never there. He had to return but a direct throw reached Maaz Sadaqat at the non-stiker's end. The spinner fumbled to see Ramandeep survive.

IND A 112/6 (15)

That was a googly from Saad Masood and that hit Ashutosh Sharma on the pad. It seems that the impact was outside off-stump but the umpire still raised his finger over an appeal for LBW. Ashutosh is in disbelief there. He is clearly unhappy with the decision.

INDA 68-1 (8)

India vs Pakistan Live: FOUR!

This is good game awareness from Naman Dhir. He got a poor delivery on the leg stump and smashed it away for a four. The batter knew that the fine leg was inside the circle, so he carved the ball through the gap between the short fine leg and deep square leg fielders for a boundary.

10 runs came off the final over of the powerplay that was bowled by Ahmed Daniyal. Pakistan bowlers have stuck to their plan of bowling slower balls to Vaibhav Suryavanshi, and that helped them keep the southpaw in check. India have still got a good score at the end of the first powerplay.

Slashed hard... and four! It was a fuller ball outside off-stump from Shahid Aziz, and Vaibhav Suryavanshi got a thick outside edge that flew over the short third for a boundary. The southpaw followed it up with a powerful pull shot down the ground. It didn’t hit the sweet spot of the bat, but it still had enough power to clear the ropes for a SIX! Unreal talent!

IND A 17-0

India vs Pakistan Live: Well bowled!

This was a superb first over from Ubaid Shah. He was hit for a four on the very first ball but made a good comeback to keep things under control. The pacer conceded only two singles off the remaining five balls. He mixed his pace really well in the over against Vaibhav Suryavanshi.
