James starts, Lavia dilemma, Jackson replaced

Chelsea travel to Nottingham Forest with it all to play for. There is plenty to gain and more to lose. After 37 Premier League matches, it comes down to 90 minutes.

This is a battle between two teams, both with the ambition of getting into the Champions League. One is struggling to win at home whilst the other is struggling on the road.

A draw would leave the two hoping for results to go their way elsewhere. Manchester City travel to Fulham, Newcastle United host Everton, and Aston Villa travel to Manchester United.

Chelsea know that three points will all but secure them a place back at the top table of European football. Unless Villa were to get a league-record big win over United at Old Trafford, Enzo Maresca can be sure that a win will be enough.

To do that, he will have to win just a second away game since the start of December. Forest, on the other hand, have only one point from their last four at the City Ground.

It is Chelsea's biggest individual Premier League game in years. Here, football.london goes through the team which Maresca could select.
