Made one acrobatic save before the break and couldn't do much about the penalty, which was buried into the bottom corner. Ensured the match was won with a fantastic, flying effort to deny Gustav Lindgren late on. Top outing.Ronan Kpakio 8Was pretty assured in defence and joined the attack regularly. Sent in a few dangerous low crosses. But undoubtedly stole the show with his stunning winner, a first-time strike hit incredibly sweetly. Got booked earlier and escaped a second yellow for a clumsy challenge. Was taken off after the hour. Still learning the trade. Will Fish 7Pinged for his challenge on Declan Frith, which led to the penalty, but was otherwise very good. Could be a big season for the centre-back. Was still sprinting, hounding Posh's players, late into the piece. Did his job well.Joel Colwill 7Had a nice link-up with Tanner on occasion, but it was inconsistent, too. Showed good industry and really came alive in the second half, showcasing those driving runs and looking more assured in possession.Rubin Colwill 9 (star man)As you'd expect, Cardiff's most prominent attacking threat. Put one excellent cross in to Salech to create a big chance and had a low shot from 20 yards saved. Found Kpakio for the winner.Yousef Salech 6Had a bullet header saved in the first half, but didn't get a whole heap of service, really, with crosses evading him. Had to battle well, but he'll have better matches as the season goes on.Cian Ashford 6A really quiet one for the young Welshman. Played out on the left flank and couldn't really get into the game as much as he'd had have liked.SubsJesper Daland (Lawlor 64) 7 - Defence looked far more assured after his introduction. Won a number of headers and dealt well with the physicality of Posh's forwards. Cleared a number of crosses late on.Callum Robinson (Robinson 77) 6 - Rippled the sidenetting with one effort.Article continues belowChris Willock (Ashford 77) 6 - A relatively neat and tidy cameo from the winger after coming on.Isaak Davies (Tanner 90) NAEli King (J.
