Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, the former UFC star, is back in the headlines for two very different reasons. On one side, his son Raja Jackson, 25, was arrested in Los Angeles on September 18, 2025, for felony assault after attacking wrestler Stuart Smith, also known as Syko Stu. The shocking incident happened on August 23, 2025, at the KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy in Sun Valley, California. On the other side, Rampage is fueling talk about a Netflix reality show after liking a fan’s comment suggesting the idea on Instagram.

Even while facing family trouble, Quinton Rampage Jackson stayed active on social media. On his Instagram, he promoted a “mud wrestling & BBQ” live event on Kick, writing: “It’s getting messy tonight, Mud Wrestling with some HOTTIES LIVE Now on KICK. Link in bio.” A fan replied under the post: “You are consistently involved in the most random yet entertaining activities. I feel like a reality show of your life on Netflix would do well.” Quinton Rampage Jackson quickly liked the comment, and that small move sparked speculation that he might be open to such a project.

Raja Jackson arrested after violent attack on Syko Stu

On August 23, 2025, during a KnokX Pro Wrestling show in Sun Valley, Raja Jackson entered the ring in street clothes. Witnesses say he grabbed Syko Stu, slammed him hard onto the canvas, and punched him repeatedly until the wrestler lost consciousness. Other wrestlers rushed in to stop the attack, but Raja escaped the building before police arrived. Syko Stu was hospitalized for several days. Doctors reported he had a serious head injury, broken bones in his face, cuts on his lip, and lost several teeth. He was released from intensive care on August 31, 2025, but still faces a long recovery. Raja was arrested on September 18, 2025 by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. He is charged with felony assault and is being held on $50,000 bail. Quinton Rampage Jackson later spoke on The Ariel Helwani Show. He said, “I think he should do a little [jail] time. Do a little community service, and go to anger management class, get some therapy.” He added that while he loves his son, he cannot excuse what happened. Former UFC champion Sean Strickland also reacted on X. He said, “Jackson's kid shouldn't go to jail. Prison should always be a last resort.” Strickland compared Raja Jackson’s case to his own past arrests, saying prison could make young men worse instead of better.
