Now, that we look back at it, we were fortunate enough to have you in the dressing room that was beaming with ecstasy!Following another successful tournament in 2015, you unleashed Bumrah 2.0 and the cricketing fraternity certainly wasn’t ready for it!The IPL 2016 witnessed you register 10+ wickets in a single campaign for the first time and since then, it’s all FIRE. It’s Jasprit Bumrah’s world and we are just living in it…Fast forward to 2020-21, having had 4️⃣ trophies already under your belt, a lethal partnership with Trent Boult saw you guys elevate pace bowling to the next level, taking a combined haul of 52 wickets in 15 innings en route to our FAMOUS FIVE! Talk about the speed of light… ⚡However, an injury-laden 2023 kept you out of action, only to make a cracking comeback in 2024 – 20 wickets in 13 matches amidst a challenging season. The word “pressure” doesn’t exist in Bumrah’s dictionary!!! 💪All-in-all, your journey from a “nobody” to a “national treasure” has truly been an inspirational one!
