Doing your weekly waivers in fantasy football can be more stressful than performing life-saving surgery on a loved one without any professional tools or medical knowledge. While that might be a slight exaggeration, deciding which players to add off the waiver wire each week can be stressful.Finding and adding the right guys in shallow leagues is simple, as there are plenty of appealing options, and the waiver wire is full of talent. Unfortunately, making your waiver wire claims in deeper leagues can be a massive pain in the neck. However, I’m here to help by giving fantasy players eight waiver wire targets they should add in deeper leagues in Week 4.More Waiver Wire PickupsWeekly Fantasy Football Expert RankingsFantasy Football Start/Sit AdviceFantasy Football Trade ToolsDeep League Fantasy Football Waiver Wire TargetsAll the players in this article are rostered in under 25% of ESPN leagues.Dillon Gabriel (QB – CLE): 0.3% RosteredWhile he didn’t play on Sunday, Gabriel’s time is coming. Kevin Stefanski committed to Joe Flacco following Sunday’s win. Yet, that has more to do with Cleveland’s upcoming schedule than the veteran’s play, as Flacco has completed 61.1% of his pass attempts this season, throwing four interceptions. The Browns face the Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, and Pittsburgh Steelers over the next three weeks. However, don’t be surprised if Gabriel plays late in some of those contests and makes his first career start against the Miami Dolphins in Week 7.Ollie Gordon II (RB – MIA): 23.3% RosteredMany fantasy players dropped Gordon after the first two weeks despite all his preseason hype. The former Oklahoma State star had three rushing attempts for 12 yards and 3.6 PPR fantasy points over the first two weeks. However, he had a semi-breakout on Thursday night, totaling nine rushing attempts for 38 yards, a touchdown, and 9.8 fantasy points. Furthermore, his touchdown came at the goal line, where Miami has struggled the past two years. While De’Von Achane remains the Dolphins’ featured running back, expect Gordon to have a meaningful role.Woody Marks (RB – HOU): 8.9% RosteredThe Texans’ offense has been a nightmare over the first three weeks, averaging 12.7 points per game. While Nick Chubb has been serviceable, averaging only 4.2 yards per rushing attempt and 9.4 PPR fantasy points per outing. Hopefully, Joe Mixon can play at some point, but that isn’t guaranteed. Meanwhile, Marks had six rushing attempts and seven touches on Sunday after totaling six attempts and seven touches over the first two weeks. Fantasy players in deeper leagues should stash Marks, hoping he can be the spark Houston’s offense needs.Elic Ayomanor (WR – TEN): 21.1% RosteredAt this point, it’s getting annoying seeing Ayomanor available in so many fantasy leagues. Hopefully, fantasy players listened to me last week and added the rookie wide receiver off the waiver wire. The former Stanford has been the Titans’ best pass catcher this season. Ayomanor has averaged 3.3 receptions on six targets for 35.7 receiving yards and 10.9 PPR fantasy points per game. The rookie has had a receiving touchdown and at least 13.8 fantasy points in back-to-back contests. Furthermore, Ayomanor has 100% of Tennessee’s receiving scores this year.Luther Burden III (WR – CHI): 9.3% RosteredHopefully, fantasy players started all their Bear players on Sunday, as their offense was unstoppable against an awful Dallas Cowboys defense. Burden finished as the team’s highest scoring fantasy wide receiver, totaling three receptions on three targets for 101 receiving yards, a touchdown, and 19.8 PPR fantasy points. While the former Missouri star won’t catch a 65-yard touchdown pass every week, the rookie saw as many targets on Sunday as he did over the first two games combined. Burden should continue to earn more work as Chicago’s offense develops.Tre Tucker (WR – LV): 1.9% RosteredFantasy players shouldn’t look at Tucker’s 40.9 PPR fantasy points in Week 3 and aggressively target him off the waiver wire. Two of his three receiving touchdowns came from blown coverage, including a 61-yard score late in the fourth quarter that accounted for 32% of his fantasy production against the Washington Commanders on Sunday. However, Tucker is a worthy waiver wire add in deeper leagues because the veteran is Las Vegas’ clear-cut No. 2 wide receiver. He has 17 targets over the past two weeks, the most on the team.Tory Horton (WR – SEA): 1.1% RosteredHorton was a preseason star, leading to some calling the rookie a sleeper candidate. While he didn’t get a target in Week 1, the former Colorado State star has seen four targets in back-to-back games. More importantly, the rookie has a touchdown in both games, scoring 11.2 or more PPR fantasy points in both outings. While Jaxon Smith-Njigba remains the clear-cut No. 1 wide receiver, Cooper Kupp has had two awful performances over the first three weeks. Don’t be surprised if Horton surpasses Kupp on the depth chart before Halloween.Brenton Strange (TE – JAC): 21.3% RosteredWhile Jacksonville’s offense has struggled, Strange has played well, averaging 4.3 receptions on 5.3 targets for 45.7 receiving yards and 8.9 PPR fantasy points per game. Furthermore, he has scored 9.9 or more fantasy points in two of three games, including 12.1 in Week 3. More importantly, Strange’s role on offense is growing, seeing an increase in targets every week. He is an appealing streaming option against the San Francisco 49ers this week, who have given up 17.9 fantasy points per game to tight ends over the past two weeks.Subscribe: YouTube | Spotify | Apple Podcasts | iHeart | Castbox | Amazon Music | Podcast Addict | TuneIn
