India A are set to play three List A matches against Australia A and the TimesofIndia.com has learnt that both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will not be forced to play in the series and their participation. The three games will be played on September 30, October 3 and October 5 at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. It is learnt that both Rohit and Kohli will not be forced to play in the series and their participation, if at all, will only happen if they need game time before the tour of Australia, where India will play the three ODIs. "Before the selectors decide the India A squad and then the India squads for Australia tour, Irani Cup squad will be announced and some selectors are set to watch the Duleep Trophy final in Bengaluru while Ajit Agarkar is with the team in Dubai," adds the official. Recently, both Virat and Rohit underwent fitness tests in preparation for the limited over contests.
