World No. 1 T20I batter Abhishek Sharma will have a chance to break at least 11 batting records in the final of the Asia Cup 2025 on Sunday in Dubai.

World No. 1 T20I batter Abhishek Sharma will play as an opener for India in the Asia Cup 2025 final. In the match scheduled to take place at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday, September 28, against Pakistan, the left-handed batter will look to score big runs with the bat once again and help India win the Asia Cup title for the record-extending ninth time.

In the ongoing tournament, Abhishek has scored 309 runs in six matches played so far and broken multiple batting records. During the first-ever India-Pakistan Asia Cup final, the 25-year-old left-handed batter from Amritsar will have a chance to break many other batting records as well.
