Aston Villa team news vs Feyenoord confirmed as Unai Emery makes four changes

Aston Villa's team news has been confirmed ahead of facing Feyenoord in the Europa League tonight (8pm)

Unai Emery has named his starting XI to take on Feyenoord in the Europa League this evening.

He has elected to make four changes from the Aston Villa team which beat Fulham 3-1 on Sunday.

Emi Martínez starts in goal, behind a defence of Matty Cash, Ezri Konsa, Pau Torres and Ian Maatsen.

Boubacar Kamara and John McGinn partner each other in midfield, while Evann Guessand, Morgan Rogers and Emi Buendia support striker Ollie Watkins.

Villa are targeting successive wins in the competition after defeating Bologna 1-0 last Thursday.

Tyrone Mings, Youri Tielemans, Amadou Onana and Andres Garcia are all unavailable, while Ross Barkley is dealing with a personal issue and Jadon Sancho is ill.

Opponents Feyenoord lost their first Europa League match 1-0 at Braga last week and are searching for their fifth consecutive home win this season this evening.

Villa starting XI: Martinez, Cash, Konsa, Torres, Maatsen, Kamara, McGinn, Guessand, Buendia, Rogers, Watkins.

Subs: Bizot, Proctor, Lindelof, Digne, Bogarde, Burrowes, Broggio, Jimoh, Elliott, Malen.

Feyenoord starting XI: Wellenreuther, Read, Ahmedhodzic, Watanabe, Smal, Hwang, Steijn, Valente, Hadj Moussa, Ueda, Sauer

Subs: Bijlow, Bossin, Nieuwkoop, Plug, Lotomba, Bos, Targhalline, Sliti, Borges, Diarra, Larin, Tengstedt.
