TRANSFER NEWS: Forward Andi Weimann returns to Derby County

Derby County have completed the signing of versatile forward Andi Weimann.

It marks a return to Pride Park Stadium for the 33-year-old, who previously represented the Rams between 2015 and 2018, when he played 88 times for club, scoring nine goals.

Weimann has signed a one-year deal and arrives as a free agent following the expiry of his Blackburn Rovers contract.

The Austrian has made over 500 senior appearances and scored over 100 goals, with the entirety of his professional career spent in the top two divisions of English football.
