From 128 players down to two, the grass court Grand Slam tennis tournament has thrown up all sorts of surprises, with many of the top-ranked, seeded players struggling to make it into the second week.

But the championship match will be contested between two seeds, two players who have developed their prowess on the turf, and will battle it out to lift the Venus Rosewater Dish for the first time.

Championship weekend begins with the women’s final on Saturday (12 July), before the men’s final takes place as the last act on Sunday (13 July).
