It all comes down to this as Nigeria host Benin in a high stakes World Cup qualifier in Uyo. Despite a far from convincing campaign up until this point, the Super Eagles are still in with a chance of sealing a place at the showpiece event in seven months, but they are in must-win territory against the Group C leaders this evening.

Victory by a two-goal margin will be enough for Nigeria to leapfrog Benin in the standings, though an additional favour from Rwanda against South Africa in the other fixture with huge significance would be required for Eric Chelle's side to qualify automatically for the 2026 World Cup as group winners.
