Five keys to No. 5 Miami avoiding an upset against No. 18 USF

No. 18 USF is the biggest story in college football through two weeks of the season.

The Alex Golesh-led Bulls are the only team in the country with two ranked wins, beating then-No. 25 Boise State, a College Football Playoff team in 2024, 34-7 to open the season, before upsetting then-No. 13 Florida in Gainesville by a score of 18-16.

USF will have the opportunity to extend its Cinderella story on Saturday with a matchup against No. 5 Miami at Hard Rock Stadium. The Hurricanes, who have a win over a top-ten Notre Dame team, are off to a hot start as well and currently stand as 17.5-point favorites.
