Hopefully more quality comes in and we can look forward to a strong David Moyes Everton season, (which) would be great.”One player, though, who could depart before Monday’s 7pm deadline is Armstrong, with Blues boss Moyes admitting on Friday that the midfielder could leave on loan.Armstrong enjoyed a successful loan spell with Derby County in the second half of last season and impressed in the 2-0 victory over Mansfield Town in the midweek.“I kept an eye on him on loan and he'd done really well,” Coleman replied when asked about the youngster. “The way he trains, his fitness, his physicality and he loves football.“He's eager to do well. I thought he was great. But I'm not surprised by him because he's got that and you see it training. But I do think the Brighton game and the role even Jack played and the fans getting on side have just kind of turned this season again quite quickly after maybe the not-so-good feeling against Leeds.“We're excited to go there, we're confident to go there, and again, you go to earn the right. But we have been good on the road and the manager's constantly, bit by bit, changing the mindset.”Pushed on the impact Moyes has had since his return in January, Coleman said: "I've always said he's been with different clubs, but for me he's an Everton manager and that's what I know him as."He's come back with a lot to prove as well, which is good. To be honest, just the timing of it was right for everyone as well, which I think is important. You know how football works, maybe if it was two managers ago, the fans might have different thoughts."I just think it all came together when we needed him and he came back. I'm happy to have him back and he's still got the fire in the belly as well, which is great."Coleman was left out of the Republic of Ireland squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Hungary and Armenia.However, he has no plans to retire from international football and revealed the call was made following talks with Ireland boss Heimir Hallgrimsson.He said: “I had a chat with the manager and obviously I'd not played in a year. So I think that was along the lines of where I was going with it.Article continues below“He hadn't fully made up his mind, but I get it because I'd not been playing, so I can't really complain. But I want to stay fit, I want to stay available and I want to enjoy playing football.“I know when I'm fit and playing well, I know I've still got enough about me to be in the Ireland squad more so than when I've not been playing, which is fair enough.”
