Kentucky vs. Georgia: Friday Night Availability Report

Folks, it’s almost football time between the hedges. Fresh off a loss to Alabama at Sanford Stadium, Georgia will host Kentucky for a noon kickoff on ABC.

As the players prepare to catch some zzzs, Kirby Smart and Mark Stoops submitted an additional availability report. We’ll receive one more on Saturday morning, about 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Players must be listed as out (0% chance to play), doubtful (25% chance to play), questionable (50% chance to play), or probable (75% chance to play).

Big Blue Nation received some bad news on Friday night. Starting right tackle Alex Wollschlaeger was not previously listed on the availability report. He’s now listed as questionable. The Bowling Green transfer has been exceptional this fall. If he’s unable to go, Madison Central product Malachi Wood will step into the action.

It wasn’t all bad news for the Cats. DJ Waller is still listed as questionable, leaving the door open for him to play. Zach Calzada was removed from the availability report, along with Aba Selm, giving Kentucky another option at quarterback if things once again go awry in the passing attack.
