Assistant coach Luke Webster will depart West Coast at the end of the 2025 campaignRespected assistant coach Luke Webster will depart the West Coast Eagles at the end of the season.Webster joined the Eagles as a development coach at the end of 2015 and progressed through several roles over the past decade.He was the inaugural WAFL Eagles senior coach for the 2019 season and led the standalone team to finals, winning an elimination final.Webster then took on the role as forward line coach from 2020-23 before transitioning to backline coach for the past two campaigns.“Luke has been a key member of our coaching panel for the past decade, building incredibly strong and genuine relationships with our players and staff,” General Manager Football Gavin Bell said.“He played a vital role in a successful era for the Club - helping shape our players not only as footballers but as people - always bringing energy, positivity and a deep commitment to our program.“On behalf of the Football Department and the West Coast Eagles, I want to sincerely thank ‘Webby’ for everything he’s contributed.
