The 27-year-old Mumbai batter hit 15 fours and two sixes in his innings before retiring out.Sarfaraz Khan is not a part of India’s squad for the upcoming five-match Test series against England. However, he has been doing well of late in England, hitting 92 against England Lions earlier this month. At stumps on Day 2, Ishan Kishan was on unbeaten 45 and Shardul Thakur on 19.The bad news for India on Day 2 was Bumrah going wicketless despite a seven-over spell and giving away 36 runs. Arshdeep Singh also went wicketless after registering figures of 0/52 in 12 overs. Mohammed Siraj (2/86) and Prasidh Krishna (2/41) were the pick of the bowlers, while Nitish Kumar Reddy clinched one wicket.Besides Sarfaraz and Ishan, Abhimanyu Easwaran (39) and Sai Sudharsan (38) were the other batters who made notable contributions to India A’s score. However, Ruturaj Gaikwad was dismissed for a two-ball duck by Mohammed Siraj.
