Following a petition against the signing of the current Chelsea winger, Rio Ferdinand has taken to X to speak out against supporters of Arsenal.

Posting a petition online against the signing of the Chelsea forward, who secured himself 20 goals in 93 appearances for the Blues, Rio Ferdinand has stood up for the Englishman, posting a brutal response to Arsenal fans online.

With the move all but signed and sealed, it is too little, too late for Arsenal fans who will have to live with the idea of another ex-Chelsea man at their club. Often succumbing to injuries during their title charges, Arsenal fans will be hoping this much-needed depth can take them over the line.
