Football Australia is excited to unveil a new broadcast model for the Hahn Australia Cup 2025, set to provide enhanced coverage for fans in an engaging new format in partnership with Paramount Australia.

The revised broadcast approach – confirmed on the eve of the Hahn Australia Cup Final Rounds Draw – marks a significant step forward in how fans across the country can watch the nation’s premier knockout tournament.

Under the new model, Football Australia will assume broadcast production responsibilities from the Playoffs through to the Quarter Finals, with Paramount Australia taking over production for the Semi Finals and Final.

The change provides greater distribution of Final Rounds matches that includes, for the first time, simulcasts of select games made live and free on Football Australia’s YouTube channel and 10Play. In addition, exclusive Paramount+ matches will feature a studio hosting and an around the grounds coverage showcasing all the goals and action from matches that night.

In addition to match broadcasts, Paramount Australia will also produce a dedicated Hahn Australia Cup Preview Show ahead of each round to be shown across Paramount+, 10Bold, and 10Play.

Football Australia’s Interim Chief Executive Officer, Heather Garriock welcomed the changes to broadcast for the 2025 edition of the tournament.

“This enhanced broadcast approach strengthens the visibility and reach of the Hahn Australia Cup, giving fans more opportunities to watch and engage with a competition that has provided so many special moments over the years,” Garriock said.

“Paramount’s expanded support, combined with the strategic use of our own digital platforms and key production partners, marks a positive evolution for the tournament and aligns with our broader ambition to elevate football’s presence across the Australian sporting landscape.

“By increasing our broadcast footprint to include free access to select matches via Football Australia’s YouTube channel we’re ensuring more Australians can follow the journey of their local clubs on a national stage,” Garriock concluded.
