Report: Everton rejects Bayern Munich’s attempt at buy-back clause

According to a report from Bild journalist Nico Linner (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich has included matching rights in its deal with Everton for Adam Aznou, but not a buy-back clause.

Interestingly, Bayern Munich wanted to have a buy-back clause included, but Everton rejected the approach:

Bayern have included matching rights in the deal with Everton for Adam Aznou, but no buy-back clause. Bayern tried to include one, but the Premier League side rejected it. Deal worth €9m fixed plus €3m add-ons.

This will be a good move for Aznou where he will likely find out whether he is ready for real, first team football or if he has more development ahead of him.
