Niewiadomska fell to Zoie Epps of Louisiana Tech in the round of 32 in straight sets, 6-1, 6-0. The duo then entered the consolation draw in the quarterfinals and took down CSUN's Nicole West and Angela Ho, 6-4, 4-6, 10-7.
