The former City keeper last night signed a one-year deal with Derby after his exit from Blackpool.O’Donnell, who played 137 games in goal for the Bantams between 2018 and 2022, will offer experienced back-up for Jacob Widell Zetterström and Josh Vickers at Pride Park.“After speaking to the gaffer (John Eustace) and (head of goalkeeping) Paul Clements, it was a really appealing one for me in terms of where I fit in and where my role is,” he told Derby’s club website.“Before the last couple of years, I've been used to playing week in, week out.
