An opportunity has been taken to present new bosses in grand surroundings and to facilitate a clamour of attendees that are eager to cover the newest United boss.Manchester Evening News report the club were keen not to overburden Amorim by seeing him lead two press conferences before his first game. They instead wanted him to be able to settle into his new routine.Amorim's first game will take place at Portman Road, but he has already started to familiarise himself with Old Trafford. Amorim said: "You watch on TV and you know that it's big and it's impressive, but when you are here, you can feel it."You can feel the history. I'm really, really proud to be a Manchester United coach. It's amazing, it's a real honour.""I feel very relaxed, maybe because it's not game day," he added. "When we have a game I'm a different guy. But I really don't feel the weight."I'm really excited and I'm quite relaxed. I think I'm where I'm supposed to be.
