Michael Jordan’s $14.8 million mansion finally finds buyer

A buyer appears poised to take Michael Jordan’s $14.8 million Chicago mansion off the market more than a decade after the palatial property was first listed.

The NBA legend, 61, has a deal with a buyer over the nine-bedroom abode, TMZ Sports reported Tuesday, noting the listing is considered “contingent,” meaning certain elements need to be met.

The buyer has not yet been revealed as of Tuesday afternoon, per TMZ.

Situated on a seven-acre lot in Highland Park, Illinois, the 56,000-square-foot home was constructed in 1995 and boasts 19 bathrooms, a basketball court, an indoor gym, a library and a cigar room.

A tennis court, an infinity pool and three separate multi-car garages are among the property’s other amenities, not to mention the signature No. 23 gate.

Jordan, who won six NBA championships with the Bulls in the 1990s, originally listed the home for $29 million in 2012.

He slashed the price to $14.855 million in 2015.

Prospective buyers are required to sign nondisclosure agreements if they tour the property, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The Illinois estate made headlines in August after a social media user posted a video claiming to be taken from inside the sprawling residence.

The video featured a flooded basketball court and miscellaneous furniture and equipment scattered throughout the rooms.

Jordan and wife Yvette Prieto are reportedly based in South Florida.
