Latest transfer news: Liverpool prepare second Isak bid as Galatasaray make Ederson approach

The summer transfer window is now in its final month and many sides are still on the hunt for new signings. The biggest clubs in European football and clubs across the continent are still midway through their plans for next season. Galatasaray have made a formal approach for Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson. The Brazilian is understood to be Gala's preferred option to become their new number one with his future at City uncertain. Pep Guardiola has already signed James Trafford this summer and they've been linked with Gianluigi Donnarumma as a potential replacement for Ederson.

According to reports in Spain, Chelsea are considering a bid for Liverpool's Ibrahima Konaté. The centre-back has entered the last 12 months at his contract at Anfield and has turned down offers to extend. Konate is widely expected to move to Real Madrid next summer but Chelsea could test Liverpool's resolve.

Liverpool will make an improved offer for Alexander Isak this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano. Newcastle's position has been that Isak isn't for sale under a massive offer is made but Liverpool could test their resolve with the Swedish striker unhappy in the North East.
