SALT LAKE CITY — For many teams around the country, Week 4 signals the start of conference play, where the games matter even more.

One of the biggest matchups of the weekend will take place in Salt Lake City when No. 16 Utah welcomes No. 17 Texas Tech to Rice-Eccles Stadium as part of FOX's "Big Noon Saturday." This game could have big implications for the Big 12 title race.

Another Big 12 matchup features reigning champion Arizona State traveling to Waco, Texas, to take on a Baylor team with a high-powered offense behind quarterback Sawyer Robertson. It's another pivotal game in the conference title race.

No. 21 Michigan travels to Lincoln, Nebraska, in a Big Ten matchup without head coach Sherrone Moore. Can Matt Rhule's Nebraska squad get the "upset" at home?

BYU returns from its off week to closeout the nonconference schedule with a road game against a hot East Carolina team. It could be one of the biggest tests for freshmen QB Bear Bachmeier in a hostile location.

And then Utah State closes out the weekend with a home game against FCS McNeese it what should be a continuation of a solid offensive performance in Week 2 by the Aggies.
