Angelo Stiller drops major future transfer hint amid Manchester United linkThe very latest Man Utd transfer news as Angelo Stiller addresses his future.Manchester United were linked with a move for Angelo Stiller from Stuttgart.Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller has dropped a major transfer hint about his future amid speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United this summer. The Germany international was one of the many names tipped to move to Old Trafford to bolster Ruben Amorim's options, with a defensive midfielder viewed as the next transfer priority at United.Brighton's Carlos Baleba and Crystal Palace star, Adam Wharton, are also among those to have been linked with a move to United - but the club would opt against bringing in a new midfielder before the summer deadline passed.Stiller, who moved to VfB Stuttgart in 2023, has played a major role in the German club's resurgence helping them finish second in the Bundesliga in the 2023/2024 campaign. His fine form since moving to the MHP Arena from TSG Hoffenheim has made him one of the most sought-after talents in European football, with United and Real Madrid linked with the 24-year-old this summer. Los Blancos head coach Xabi Alonso is claimed to view Stiller as the ideal defensive midfielder for his project at the Santiago Bernabeu, but Madrid would also not make a move this summer.Instead, Stiller will remain with Stuttgart, until the winter transfer window at least, having given an update on his future to a media outlet in Germany.According to @iMiaSanMia, who quote German outlet SportsBILD, Stiller said: "I'm currently not thinking about a move. Generally speaking, I'm interested in moving abroad at some point; I thought that Florian Wirtz's decision to go to Liverpool was cool."But only one thing is certain for me: At the end of my career, I absolutely want to play in the USA, in the MLS."This is 100 per cent my plan, my goal."Get United transfer news and updates on WhatsApp!
