Glamorgan's Tribe picked by Paarl Royals for SA20

Glamorgan batter Asa Tribe has been selected by Paarl Royals in the SA20 League auction.

The 21-year-old's selection comes on the same day he hit his maiden double century in first class cricket for Glamorgan against Northamptonshire.

Earlier this year Tribe hit three centuries in the space of a week for Jersey in the ICC Challenge League against Papua New Guinea.

Tribe will link up with the Royals for the South African competition, which runs from Boxing Day until 25 January, 2026.
