The inaugural first team fixture with Roma is scheduled to take place at 3pm on Saturday, August 9, with some supporters set to visit the Blues' new ground for the first time.Everton supporters visiting Hill Dickinson Stadium will have access to a wide variety of food and drink options across all concourses, including gourmet burgers and blue toffee doughnuts. There will also be a range of beers and ciders across the stadium, with alcohol sold at all of the kiosks unless specified. These include Budweiser, San Miguel, Stella, Kopparberg, Camden Pale Ale, Camden Stout and Guinness.The stadium is fitted with 'Just Walk-Out' Units on levels zero and two. This allows a seamless grab-and-go experience with no check-outs. A series of cameras located at the entrances and throughout the unit monitor movement to ensure the accurate logging of purchases.Supporters should tap their credit or debit card on the turnstile at the entry points, walk through the barrier into the unit, grab their purchase and walk out and they’ll be automatically charged for whatever they take.The stadium concourses also have a number of EBars at strategic locations (two on level zero, one on level one, two on level two and two on level three). These self-serve drinks kiosks dispense a pint in a few seconds. The stand also serves alcohol, hot and cold drinks.Dockyard Kitchen, which is found throughout the East Stand and named as a tribute to Liverpool’s proud dockside heritage serves match day favourites such as sausage rolls, hot dogs and pies. Blue toffee doughnuts are also available here as well as alcohol and soft drinks at each kiosk.Through Pass, situated in either corner of the South Stand, allows fans to grab food and drink fast with no queues and no checkouts. Through Pass is powered by ‘Just Walk Out’ technology. From beer to sausage rolls, pre-packaged pies and more, Through Pass should be a quicker way to pick up essentials and get back to your seat without missing a moment.Pit and Pickle, also located in the South Stand lower, serves gourmet burgers and crispy fries. From classic cheeseburgers to vegan and plant-based options, it’s a premium twist on the burger bar. It also has a range of beers and soft drinks.Level one (family stand)Level one food and drink optionsCorner Slice Pizza offers fresh square pizza and is positioned in the heart of the family section. There is no alcohol sold at this kiosk.Flightbirds offers a tasty choice of fresh, crispy chicken, chips, pies and hot dogs. A range of beers, ciders, pre-packaged alcohol, hot and soft drinks are available.Level twoLevel two food and drink optionsDockyard Kitchen, located in the corner of the North and West stands, offers matchday favourites. There's a range of beer, cider, pre-packaged alcohol, hot and soft drinks are also sold at this kiosk.Flightbirds, also in the corner of the North and West stands, offers a choice of fresh chicken and chips. A range of beer, cider, pre-packaged alcohol, hot and soft drinks are also available here.Dockyard Kitchen, found centrally in the North Stand, is a dedicated doughnut stand. No alcohol is sold here but hot and soft drinks are.Through Pass, located in the North East corner as well as the middle of the East Stand, this kiosk uses ‘Just Walk Out’ technology, which should offer an easier, grab-and-go food and drink experience. This location will offer a rotating menu serving pies, sausage rolls and loaded rosties. Beer, cider and soft drinks are also available here.Dockyard Kitchen, located at the northern end of the East Stand, offers hot dogs and blue doughnuts. A range of beers, pre-packaged alcohol, soft and hot drinks are sold here.Flightbirds, in the corner of the East and South Stand, offers a choice of chicken and chips, including salt and pepper options. A range of beers, pre-packaged alcohol, soft and hot drinks are also available here.Dockyard Kitchen, located at the opposite end of the South Stand, adjoining the West Stand, offers pies and loaded hash tots. A range of beers, pre-packaged alcohol, soft and hot drinks are also sold here.South Stand Bars run the length of the South Stand. These bars serve a large range of beers, stouts, ciders, pre-packaged alcohol, hot and soft drinks are sold here.Level three (Club View)Level three food and drink optionsThe dedicated concourse for Club View members benefits from one long, central kiosk.Dockyard Kitchen has everything from pies and hot dogs to chicken burgers and the Korean Chicken Bowl, with a plant-based option.
