India's CWC25 squad member ruled out of Australia ODIs

India's middle-order batter Rodrigues has been ruled out of the rest of the ODI series against Australia after being diagnosed with a viral fever.

The Women’s Selection Committee has named batter Tejal Hasabnis as Rodrigues’ replacement in the squad for the remaining two ODIs. Hasabnis has an average of 46.66 in six ODIs.

The BCCI Medical Team will continue to monitor Rodrigues' recovery as the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2025 is less than two weeks away and the batter is expected to play a key role in India's campaign.
