Katie BoulterKatie Boulter admitted she was “bricking it” before beating No.9 seed Paula Badosa on Centre Court. The British No.2 came back from a break down in the final set to see off the Australian Open semi-finalist 6-2 3-6 6-4. But the Leicester City fan admitted: “I didn’t have any nerves there - I was bricking it completely. I have a lot of matches recently where I have started out great and then let it slip. I played one at Queen’s which hurt me a lot (defeat to Diana Shnaider). Boulter said: “I think i got one of my first ones against (Karolina) Pliskova on this court (in 2022) and the moment I stepped out here it reminded me of that from the first ball. I just felt I had some really good juju going on there.
