Anna Kournikova made a rare public appearance in Miami, Florida, this week. The 44-year-old former tennis star is expecting her fourth child with long-time partner Enrique Iglesias. She stepped out in a black sweater and leggings for a grocery run. Kournikova held hands with her 7-year-old son Nicholas, while her twin daughter Lucy, also 7, and younger daughter Mary, 5, were not seen. Photos of the outing, published by the New York Post, showed her clear baby bump, giving fans one of the first public looks since pregnancy news broke earlier this month.
