BERKELEY, Calif. – The Oregon women's tennis wrapped up the second full day of the ITA Northwest Regionals on Saturday, with junior Tilde Jagare and two doubles teams advancing to the round of 16 in their respective brackets at Hellman Tennis Complex and Timothy Korth Tennis Complex.

Jagare picked up two singles victories Saturday to move through the bracket, including her first career win over a ranked opponent when she took down the nation's 125th-ranked player in Greta Greco Lucchina of California, 5-7, 7-5, 6-4.

Jagare followed that up with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Washington's Waverly Potter in the round of 32 to set up a date with No. 58 Caroline Driscoll from Stanford for a spot in the quarterfinals on Sunday.

Jagare was also part of one of two UO doubles tandems to move on to the round of 16 in the doubles bracket, as she and partner Juliet Santitto got by Seattle's Lamija Avdic and Lola Tavcar, 8-4. The duo will face Washington State's Eva Alvarez Sande and Maxine Murphy at 9 a.m.

Joining Jagare and Santitto in the round of 16 will be Hinata Furutani and Olivia Symons, who earned an 8-5 victory over UC Davis' Mika Ikemore and Polina Marakhtanova earlier in the day. The pair will match up against Pauline Lerminiaux and Cindy Ung of Pacific at 9 a.m. on Sunday.

In total, seven Ducks competed in the round of 64 of the singles main draw, with Virginia Crocker and Symons also advancing to the round of 32. Crocker bested Ikemori, 6-3, 6-2, as Symons eased by Elisa Dunbar of Fresno State, 6-0, 6-1.

In the round of 32, Symons hung with No. 17 Mao Mushika of Cal, but fell 6-4, 6-4. Crocker also faced a top-100 ranked player in the day's second match in No. 90 Alyssa Ahn of Stanford and dropped a 6-2, 6-3 decision.
