Saturday special: Dragons v Eels, Dolphins v Rabbitohs; Broncos overpower Warriors

8
The Broncos and Warriors kick us off on Saturday with a mouth-watering showdown at Suncorp Stadium before we head to WIN Stadium for the Dragons and Eels and finally back to Suncorp for the Dolphins and Rabbitohs. Originally set down for Suncorp Stadium in Round 1, the Dolphins-Rabbitohs match was relocated to Sydney because of approaching weather event Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Now the Dolphins and Broncos will play in separate NRL events at the same ground on the one day with the Dolphins receiving permission to play the Rabbitohs at the newly-scheduled time of 7.50pm, following the Broncos-Warriors game at 3pm.

A new crowd will then enter the stadium for the Dolphins-Rabbitohs match, with the kick-off put back 20 minutes to allow for fan movement out of and back into the stadium. In between the Suncorp Stadium games it's the Dragons and Eels fighting to keep their season alive when they battle it out in Wollongong. The Eels have won three of their past five and showed plenty of ticker to get the job done without Mitch Moses and Dylan Brown against the Titans.
