The British & Irish Lions have not yet sold out their match against Argentina on Friday in Dublin, with some fans reluctant to pay up to £163 for a ticket to the pre-tour exhibition game.On Monday the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) was desperately trying to encourage fans to buy the last tickets to the match via its social media accounts, and on Tuesday a few hundred were still left unsold. Most of those tickets remaining are in the top-priced categories. The highest-priced seats for the Argentina match cost €190 (£163), with some also available for €148 (£127), which is more than the usual price for an Ireland Six Nations ticket at the Aviva Stadium, the most expensive of which this season cost €168.50 (£144). Many fans are voicing their displeasure at the price of the tickets on social media, with some calling them “outrageous” and “disgraceful”.
