The unexpected exchange quickly went viral across social media platforms.On the field, de Villiers produced a masterclass, scoring an unbeaten 120 off just 60 deliveries to help his side chase down the 196-run target with ease, securing South Africa Champions their maiden World Championship of Legends title.Earlier, Pakistan Champions had opted to bat first after winning the toss. Sharjeel Khan’s explosive 76 guided them to a competitive 195 for 5 in their 20 overs.South Africa’s bowling effort was spearheaded by Wayne Parnell and Hardus Viljoen, who picked up two wickets apiece. Parnell returned with figures of 2 for 32, while Viljoen finished with 2 for 38.The South African batters made light work of the chase, with de Villiers leading from the front in a one-sided final.Following the conclusion of the tournament, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced that the team would no longer participate in future editions of the World Championship of Legends. The decision was made after India Champions refused to face the Pakistan side during the tournament.With the withdrawal of the Shahid Afridi-led team, the championship's future line-ups are set to undergo a major shift.
