Newcastle United supporters will be able to get their football fix on Thursday night when club-record signing Nick Woltemade looks to return to action with the Germany national team.

The striker joined Eddie Howe's side at the end of August on a six-year contract. Woltemade became the Magpies' most-expensive arrival in a deal worth around £69million.

His signing came too late for him to feature in the 0-0 draw at Leeds United but Newcastle fans will be able to see their new striker in action when Germany take on Slovakia in their World Cup qualifying campaign.
