Ireland Women (IRE-W) take on Pakistan Women (PAK-W) in the first match in a three-T20I series at Civil Service Cricket Club in Belfast on Wednesday, August 6.

Hosts Ireland recently played a three-match T20I series against Zimbabwe in Dublin. They won all three games convincingly. Gaby Lewis top-scored in the series, smashing 154 runs in two innings at an average of 77 and a strike rate of 155.56. On the other hand, leg-spinner Cara Murray topped the wicket-taking charts with seven scalps from three games at an average of 7.43.

Pakistan, on the other hand, will be returning to the shortest format for the first time since the 2024 Women's T20 World Cup. They finished fourth out of the five teams in Group A, only managing a 31-run win against Sri Lanka. The Fatima Sana-led side failed to progress to the knockout stages of the 10-team tournament.
