Though he didn’t keep wickets in the game since getting injured in the 36th over, he batted in both innings, scoring 74 and 9, respectively. His dismissal in the chase of 194 on the final day turned out to be a turning point for India as they lost the game by 22 runs.The teams will now go to Manchester for the fourth Test, which begins on July 23.
