Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard are all now working under Arteta with the Arsenal boss hoping they will be joined by another three new signings soon.Deals to sign Noni Madueke and Cristhian Mosquera from Chelsea and Valencia, respectively, have been sealed. Elsewhere, Viktor Gyokeres' imminent arrival will take spending up to nearly £200 million once Arsenal and Sporting CP have finalised an agreement for his transfer. With all of that being said, football.london has provided a fresh perspective on the latest Arsenal transfer rumours as a big week awaits Arteta and Andrea Berta.Double transfer announcementWith it widely reported that Madueke has passed his Arsenal medical, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Mosquera's tests are scheduled for Wednesday. That certainly suggests, assuming all goes to plan, official statements confirming both as new Arsenal players will arrive over the next 48 hours.football.london says: Arteta will be delighted to likely have five new players through the door ahead of pre-season fully kicking into gear. However, there could be some delay over when Madueke and Mosquera make their debuts as both competed in tournaments after the main domestic campaign ended. Aims for the summer were to bring in a defender and wide forward with those now seemingly fulfilled.mosqureAs there is still plenty of the summer window remaining, further new signings are entirely possible but it seems much more likely sanctioning exits will become the focus.Gyokeres breakthrough and 'medical' plannedAccording to Diario AS, Sporting CP president Frederico Varandas has reached an agreement with Arsenal and for the transfer of Viktor Gyokeres.Their report states the £8.7million (€10m) add-ons, which had been delaying the deal, will be easy to meet bonuses which is certainly what the Portuguese champions wanted. It has also been claimed that Gyokeres is set to fly into London for his medical with a five-year contract ready to be signed.football.london says: With Arsenal flying out of London themselves the following day, Arteta looks set to have Gyokeres on the plane.Assuming the latest report is correct, that is a huge result for Arsenal considering the tension that had began to increase in negotiations. With focus on Mosquera, it is perhaps no surprise that Gyokeres' apparent medical is scheduled for later in the week.It must be noted though, that until more media outlets report the transfer is sealed, those final negotiations are likely still ongoing.
