Durand Cup 2025 top scorers

The Durand Cup 2025 kicked off with 16-time winners East Bengal defeating South United FC 5-0 in the opening match of the football tournament at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata.

The world’s third-oldest football competition and the oldest in Asia, the 134th edition of the Durand Cup will run from July 23 to August 23.

A total of 24 teams are competing in the Durand Cup 2025, which consists of two phases - a group stage and the knockout rounds.

After single round-robin matches, the six group winners and two best second-placed sides across all groups will move to the knockout stage.
