Aryna Sabalenka’s Wimbledon campaign has come to an end in the semi-final after losing to Amanda Anisimova.Sabalenka was defeated by Anisimova 6-4, 4-6, 6-4, bowing out in the latter stages of a Grand Slam yet again in 2025.The Belarusian lost in the final of both the Australian Open and Roland Garros, and has now exited the Wimbledon championships in the final four.As her search for a fourth major title continues, Sabalenka says there’s something that has been holding her back at the biggest tournaments this season.Photo by Ray Tang/Anadolu via Getty ImagesAryna Sabalenka states what she needs to do at the US OpenIn her post-match press conference, Sabalenka said: “I think in these matches I just have to constantly remind myself how strong I am, and that I have to be the brave one.“I have to go for my shots, I don’t have to stop my arms.
