It marked the first time in her career that she recorded more turnovers than points.

The second quarter brought no relief for Caitlin Clark. She put up three more shot attempts without success and added another turnover to her tally.

Despite her tough outing, the Fever managed to take a lead into halftime, thanks to strong performances from Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell and Damiris Dantas.

At halftime, Clark had two points on 1-for-8 shooting, including 0-for-4 from 3-point range. She also recorded two rebounds, five assists, three steals and three turnovers in 17 minutes.

Clark continued to struggle after the halftime break and her turnover count worsened, reaching five by the end of the third quarter. She attempted two shots in the period, converting one and taking her points tally to four.

The Fever guard took three more shots in the final quarter but managed to sink just one, capping off a tough night offensively. Fortunately for Indiana, her struggles were masked by Aliyah Boston’s career-best performance as the star forward erupted for 31 points.
