Pakistan have decided to skip the ICC Women's World Cup opening ceremony in Guwahati on September 30, according to the latest report from Pakistani news outlet Geo Super. The grand opening ceremony will feature renowned Indian singer Shreya Ghoshal performing before the tournament's first match between co-hosts India and Sri Lanka. According to sources at Geo News, neither Pakistan's captain Fatima Sana nor any team representative will attend the ceremony in India.
