The opening weekend of the new Premiership season has concluded with Celtic, Hibernian and Hearts the only sides picking up wins.From Celtic’s perspective, even though the performance wasn’t great against St Mirren, normal service resumed for Brendan Rodgers, and many inside Parkhead are hoping it will result in a 56th Premiership crown.Of course, Rangers will want to have something to say about that, but that has been the story of Scottish football for decades and decades.But is there now a new competitor in town? Derek McInnes knows the league inside and out. Hearts have got good players.
