Alabama coach Kalen DeBoer on Wednesday was asked about an On3 report about Tide boosters being concerned about the direction of the program."My message is that our team is, I think we have a really good -- I think we have a good football team that can do some big things still this year," DeBoer said on his weekly SEC teleconference. "We've got to prove it. We've got to go do it."Asked if he has heard from boosters about their concerns, DeBoer said, "To this point, it's been just been me being able to focus on football. I appreciate that."On3 quoted an Alabama booster who is a "member of the of the donor hall of recognition at Bryant-Denny Stadium" who said in part, "when we put a team out there that looks uninspired like we have far too many times these past two years and lose to teams that we're clearly more talented than, that's when it becomes a problem … and not just a bunch of spoiled fans griping."A “prominent booster” told the outlet he was frustrated with the "little emotion" that DeBoer and his staff has shown.
